We manufacture Homogenisers to suit a wide range of applications. Essentially offered in rotor-stator configuration, these homogenisers typically give results in quick time, in as low as 5 minutes to 30 minutes, depending on the application and capacities.

The rotor rotates inside a stator under close tolerances. The product gets sucked into the stator by the action of the specially designed rotor blades. Centrifugal forces act to eject the product through holes in the stator even as the rotor mills the product in the narrow clearance between the rotor and stator. The product ejects out with tremendous radial velocity towards the vessel walls, allowing for fresh material to be sucked in by the rotor. The action repeats. High speed of the rotor subjects the product to high repetitive cycles of suction and radial discharge, eventually leading to a quick mix and homogenization of the product.

By varying the designs of the rotor and stator, these homogenisers are made to handle a wide selection of applications efficiently and effectively.

The models come in different configurations – as stand-alones, vessel-mounted, top-entry / side-entry / bottom-entry. Designs are customized and hence the client gets precisely what his application demands. No redundancy.
